Was very unsure about ordering from this company due to many bad reviews but I'm glad to say that I had a fantastic experience from them.
My 2 year old son broke a light whilst we were on holiday in Portugal, I ordered replacement part when we got home (Ireland), the company recognised that I had a made a mistake with shipping address, they contacted me promptly to confirm correct address & the order was delivered quickly to Portugal.
Very happy with service but company should keep on eye on their Trustpilot score.

I had the best experience with Wunschlicht.
From interacting with Melanie about the questions I had prior to buying, to the process of purchasing the lamp I wanted online, and then subsequently to the very helpful and supportive and not least quick interaction in coordinating about delivery.
I can only recommend buying from Wunschlicht / K-Meral.
Excellent service and support. Melanie was fantastic in both English and German.

They sent me a used item, valued £182, denied it and blamed the manufacturer, Lupia Licht, who in turn blamed K-Meral/Wunschlicht.

'If you do not like the quality, please send the lights back to us at your own expense. Normally this is not possible because you are outside the EU, but we will make an exception in your case.'

Dreadful customer service!

I have still not received my lamps even though the company took the money from my card at once. No imformation unless I push the company and the tracking number I have received for the order, is not valid. Afraid that I will never receive my order. The worst customer service ever experienced on an order placed online!!
