There's little I can say as I had a nice experience for a first time purchase in the company. The website is easy to use and the cycling uniforms' quality is quite decent. Aside the apple pay issue which I'm certain they're already working on, their staff has been friendly and helpful to me and can't really ask for more. Keep it up!

I was very happy to recieve a good quality of product, given the low pricepoint.
I was very happy to discover the quality of the materials were unexpectedly high for the price. The one thing I didn't like was the sizing of the jersey, it was far larger than I wanted. I hope to shrink it in the laundry rather then return it since the shipping isn't worth it. But overall, I would recommend it and am not too disappointed. All items arrived packaged well and in new condition, and fairly quickly as well.

After reviewing your purchases, we found that the two jerseys belong to different collections with different fit standards. The second jersey was designed with a more relaxed US-style fit, which runs noticeably larger than some of our performance-oriented jerseys.

Delivery service & Communication
There was an issue with items I ordered, one part was missing. When I claimed that fact back to Wulibike they answered immediatelly, confirmed situation by rechecking package weight and sent it on their cost extra. I'm very safisfied.

I reached out to the company to inquire about shipping
I reached out to the company because it had been a few weeks since our order had been placed and I wanted to find out when the items were going to be shipped. They apologized, and explained that because of a holiday things were delayed. Approximately a week later items were shipped and were received with no issues. Items are of good quality and will order again from this company in the future. Great customer service.

Shipping Issue.
The package was shipped to the U.S. with a local carrier. When it got to the states it was transferred to the USPS. The package was seized and is currently being held to NON-PAYMENT from Wulibike. No response yet on the inquiry as to payment
