Customer service at Wuffes is exceptional! I reached out for help because I have 2 subscriptions that come at different times of the month and I wanted to see if they could be shipped together. The CSR was very helpful and told me he would be able to take care of everything. My subscriptions were merged and I was given a discount on my next 3 orders! Thanks Wuffes!

I am hopeful the Wuffes will start really working in the next few weeks. My dog has been on them for almost 20 days, and since he weighs 107 lbs., he’s been eating three chews a day. I am aware that patience is a virtue, and it may take 90 days to see any real improvement, so at this point my only concern is the size of the chews seems to be a bit inconsistent. I just want to be certain he’s getting the maximum dose possible, but given the variation in chew size, I don’t know how to be sure of that.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about Wuffes, and the ingredients were a big reason I wanted to try it since several are the same ones my vet specifically recommends for joint support. My dogs absolutely love the flavor, and it has honestly made pill time so much easier, we use the joint liquid to coat their other medications and they gobble everything up.
The only downside for us is the cost. It’s becoming expensive enough that we can’t always give the full recommended dose, so we probably aren’t able to see the full potential benefits. I just wish it were a bit more affordable for long-term use.

Customer service was excellent. I ordered the hip and joint supplement and it was set on autoship and autopay, but i always use paypal for the first month of any subscription, that way if they try to bill the 2nd month, i have to add money to paypal, and I only do that if i like the product....but i forgot! Ugh! So, I spoke with a fantastic lady (her name escapes me, but i have it written down elsewhere) but she was knowledgable, fast, professional and super friendly. I forgot to load money to paypal and so I gave her a creait card # and and my order arrived 2 days later. She was great and should get a raise!!! Im only 5 weeks into the 90 days that Wuffes asks for, and we see small improvements daily. Thanks Wuffes

This has been a horrible experience!! It makes me sad that you made it sound so easy from customer service on Feb. 23, 2026 that you would take care of everything regarding a subscription error. That was over a week ago, plenty of time for you to stop the shipment and refund my 160.00 dollars. Now it’s a different story and you want me to pay the shipping fees to return an item I didn’t order. So this is how Wuffes does business.

I think that the product might be good (although we use other supplements so it may be too early to tell). However when we signed up for the tablets it was at $22 for the promotional rate. When they shipped the second installment it was $50+. When I went to cancel all further shipments they said they would give me a 35% discount. Shady. Scam like. And then they started emailing me every day laying the guilt trip on me about spending the money for my dogs health. I think that the product is OK but the company is rotten

Not good at all didn't even get past billing? Because once I was sent my confirmation email with my total and thought it was normal but then hours later I got a random product update that something had been added to my order. So my price had doubled. Then, when I asked them about it and said, I did not authorize this, they gave me the ran around then took the product off. But then my total was still more
Then, when I asked them about this, they stated that my confirmation total was more than the confirmation total email they gave me. And they were trying to have me pay for shipping. From the other product they had originally tried to add-on to my order very sketchy, very unhonest people. Would not recommend

I do almost everything on my phone. I got the email that the subscription was coming up to be shipped. I tried to manage my subscription. The website kept sending a code to my email. When I tried to get the code, it took me out of the email. I shot a quick email to support to stop the shipment to which they replied it had been stopped. In the meantime, I made it to the website & made sure the shipment was delayed. A couple days later I received and email the product shipped. So I cancelled forever. I hate subscriptions!!

Been a long time customer with Wuffes. All of my pets love the bite sized goodness. Have no problem feeding them their daily Wuffes as is, in fact they come to me during their time of the day to get their "treat".
Also had the opportunity to work with a representative named, Nancy. I recently lost my main source of income due to a unexpected studio shut down and needed to delay my subscription. They were incredibly empathetic and fantastic in customer support. I did not feel haggled when I needed to make changes to fit my current situation. Here's to finding a new job and to new customers to enjoy Wuffes!

This company is very shady. I tried it for two months and I decided to try another product and had them cancel my order and subscription. I got an email confirming that both had been canceled and then a few days later I got a confirmation email saying my product had shipped and my credit card was charged. Very shady business and liars in customer service buyer beware

ELISA is absolutely remarkable! She is kind she is professional, and I really appreciate her reaching out to me because my car didn’t go through.
