This is my second review because I just wanted to update on this site. I ordered 4 masks at the end of June, and not sure what happened to the 5-7 day shipping, but It took me several e-mails to try and find out where they were. I finally got them almost 40 days later, yup. One was broken, one was made with the design upside down, and one the liner was ripped. I cannot get them to refund my money here is an answer to my last e-mail to them

On 6/21/2020 I order three masks. Three multifunctional cotton comfort washed reusable-1 solid black & 2 US flag prints. When I received my package on 7/10/2020 it had 1 solid blue and 2 solid red. On 7/10/2020 I sent them an email telling them the package I received wasn't what I order. Same day they sent an email saying what I received was according to what I had order. 7/11/2020 I send them a copy of my order they email me. On 7/12/2020 I received a email from them telling me that my package was delivered and if I got my package when I had already told them I received a package and the items were not what I order. Same day they sent me another email for me to send them a picture of the package I received so they can confirm whether the logistics information on the package is from them. So on 7/13/2020 and 07/14/2020 I sent they a picture of the package. Also on 7/13/2020 at 8:29 PM I received an email saying so do you want a refund or give you a new one? before I can respond to the email I received another email at 8:30 PM saying Hi Apologize for the unhappy and inconvenience caused. Sorry to let you know the color you order need long time to restock. Because of the urgency of the COVID-19,We hope you will receive the masks as soon as possible so we shipped the available colors. To apologize ,we can give you 20% discount code for your next order or refund you 20% of the wrong color masks. Hope you understanding. have a nice day. On 7/15/2020 I sent them an email checking on the status of my order. On 7/17/2020 I sent them another email that I was still wait on the status of my order. On 7/17/2020 I received an email saying Hi Thank you for reaching out to us. We sad to know you have received the wrong item. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. May we request you to please send us picture of the item you received for our review? We will provide you with the best products and most satisfactory after-sales service Regards. On 7/18/2020 I sent them an email of a picture of the items I received. On 7/19/2020 again I received an email saying that what I received was what I had order. After a few days before they apologize for not sending the right ones do to stock. Same day I sent them an email saying I don't know what order summary they were looking at caused I had already had send them a copy of the email order summary that they had email me when I original order the masks. Don't order from this website wthphif.com. To this day I have received what I had order. On 8/18/2020 I sent them a message on my order status let see what kind of response I get now.

This is surely a scam company. My mask broke (earpiece) before I could put it on the first time. They promise a replacement over and over but find a way to wiggle out. Don't deal with these crooks!! This has been going on for months.

Horrible company. Don't ever use them. Took weeks to get order and then only received one of two masks. The one I received with attached eye shield was some cloudy you could barely see through it. Multiple emails explaining the problem resulted in a request FOR A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM! Typical of these Chinese companies. Lesson learned.

Ordered on July 2nd over a month ago and still no info connected with the fake tracking number. No response to email requesting refund. Luckily I went through PayPal so I can file a claim through them. Terrible company DO NOT USE WTHPHIL

I would give them no stars if I could. I purchased from this company on June 26, 2020. I checked on the status of my order about 9 days later only to find out that the masks were on back order. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. It is July 29, 2020 and this company still has not given me my money back.

I sadly have to join the ever growing list of dissatisfied customers. Ordered 2 masks June 25, got a "order has been shipped!" notice July 1. Said order had been dropped off at shipping partner in Flushing, NY. Then nothing. 10 days later I contacted and asked why no movement. Got the song and dance about COVID-19 and customs delays, etc. What? Customs from Flushing? Next update and my shipment was in Commerce City, CA, on it's way to Tennessee, from NY. Then it did arrive 21 July, a bit beyond the 10-day promise. And they did get 1 mask right, the other was not what I had ordered. Had some neck band that wasn't in the photos or description, and doesn't fit around my neck! Of course, no refunds.
Company seems to go to great lengths to disguise the fact they are from China.
Save yourself some hassle. Buy elsewhere.

ordered face masks from this company. It was 20 days plus before the order was delivered. The website stated 10 days. This was double that time. The masks, which if the price was broken down to individual masks, cost approx $10.00 a piece. They are flimsy, only 1 layer of rather off-smelling polyester cloth and, the masks are only stamped out of the cloth. These will offer no protection to anyone. They are not worth the cost nor the time. Do NOT purchase face masks from this company expecting that they will protect you or your family. I, too, should have checked company reviews. I usually do but, not for this order. Hope folks learn from my mistake.

If you need mask for COVID don't bother, pandemic will be over by the time you get them. I am in week three and still haven't received them. I ended buying some locally and asked them for a refund but they will not refund and cannot return.

I can't comment on quality but they are made in China.

Poorly made products with vents that fall out and made in China. Arrive in weeks and not days. WILL NOT offer a refund under ANY circumstances. UNABLE to return as there is no return address.

The mask is not terrible....maybe a little small..the shipping takes forever....the website says standard shipping is 7 to 10 days ...mine took 25 days....

I ordered 3 masks on July 2 and have not received a notice of their shipping it. I did not know how bad these people are at getting product to the consumer It is now July 10th and haven't heard anything. I did try contacting them moments ago, so I will see how long it takes for them to respond to me. I am not happy with them at the moment.

Gives you the impression they are made in the U.S. Then takes 3 weeks to get. DROP SHIPS from CINA. The same people that created. Then lied about the VIRUS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered face masks on June 11, 2020 with a shipping fee of $8.95 for 7-10 day delivery. After 12 days I had to contact them and ask about the order. The order was coming from China!!! According to the shipping data, my order arrived at a Chinese airport to be shipped on June 29. It is now July 2- 22 days from ordering. The only word I hear from wthphif is when I contact them and they make excuses but they never try to contact me EXCEPT when I contact them. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I finally got my order. It arrived on July 13- 33 days for a 7-10 day paid for shipping delivery. No refunds or anything from this company other than saying that my shipment should arrive sometime.
Never ever would I use this company again!!! I had ordered other facemasks from a company on July 3 with free shipping no less, and at the same prices. I received those masks on July 7- 5 days versus the 33 days for wthphif!!!
