Rigged, rigged, rigged. Super scam. Everyone involved should face legal consequences for this operation. Its a scammers world online only the ruthless survive until feds get upset their missing their cut of it.

Played 80 hands of Omaha poker had one hand with full house lost to four of kind that’s the only hand I had in all 80 hands that had more than a small pair actually had 70 hands with out a pair that’s 630 cards and not even a pair I am either very unlucky or game is fixed

Was playing Omaha got beat every hand there was five four of kind three one player two by another 22 last card flushes 18 last card full houses one heck of a random deal

4 days or so later and no paypal payout. Way behind the industry standard. Even other sites with a scummy "cancel withdrawal" feature don't usually take this long for a simple paypal transfer these days. Lies received in support saying they've sent it are waiting 2 more days for paypal to release it (despite paypal transactions being instant.) Just beware that you should probably play somewhere else.

Recently moved to Las Vegas for work. I had the choice between Las Vegas and Los Angelos. I choose Las Vegas because it has legal, regulated online poker along with other factors but this was a key reason for me to move to Las Vegas. I recently moved into my new home and I downloaded the app and created an account three weeks ago. I have not been able to play a single hand yet. The reason is that for 3 weeks, I kept getting an error that says they cannot verify my location. I am connected to wi-fi and yet it says can't confirm. Then when I contact support, my emails are ignored and I only received one response back and it said to not try to use it near the border. I gave them my address and said I'm obviously nowhere near the border. They never responded so I sent an email to them everyday asking them to help and everyday I did not get a single reply.

Then two days ago, just randomly trying, I contacted support and for some strange reason, the location software all of a sudden worked. Now that my location is verified, it still would not let me play because they needed my documents to verify my identity. I uploaded documents 3 weeks ago but they were ignored because I never got verified, and was not contacted that there was a problem with my documents. I then went to support online live chat and spoke to agents who are the most rude, lazy, unhelpful people on the planet. I ask them how long it will take for my information to get verified and was told someone will contact me back soon. I have heard this everyday for 2 weeks and nobody ever contacts me back. I have been jerked around and jerked around and lied to apparently they don't want anyone to play on their site. I don't understand why they have a business but then prevent people to play on it for no reason.

I have filed multiple complaints with the Nevada Gaming Commission, only to have those ignored as well. I don't know what it would take for someone in Nevada to do their job but apparently it isn't anyone at NGC or WSOP.

A legal and regulated online poker site that should be setting the standard for getting online poker legalized and regulated in the states but is an absolute joke. Their support is awful, their software is awful, and their geolocation software is awful. I created an account 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to play a single hand.

When I log in, I get an error that says they cannot verify my location despite the fact that I am connected to wi-fi and have location turned on. I contacted support about this every day for the last 3 weeks and every single time I am told that they will escelate this and that someone will contact me back within 48 hours. Nobody ever does and I am no closer to being able to play than when I just downloaded it. Their support also love to disconnect the chat instead of helping when they see it is you again asking for assistance to get their geolocation software to work.

I have also filed complaints against them with the Nevada Gaming Commission and their response was that they are a private company and can do whatever they want. The whole legal and regulated thing is a scam because they can do whatever they want and nobody is telling them what to do.

Even if you are physically located in the four states that allow you to play you might not be able to play because their support is useless and their software sucks.
