2 times now I have bought wine with a…

2 times now I have bought wine with a promotional $50 e gift card that was supposed to come with the order and I have not received either of them!!!!????? If no one takes care of this I will cancel my membership!

Hi Lance, thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for any inconveniece.

The terms of the April free gift promotion included an explanation that the $50 egift card for this promotion would be sent on or before May 15th. This was sent on May 13th, and we can see that you've applied this toward a new order after receiving it.

For last winter's Cyber Monday offer, your order was placed very close to the expiration of the offer. This caused it to be flagged as not qualified for the offer due to system timing. However, we do see that the order was placed before the offer expired, so as soon as your current order ships we will apply an additional $50 discount as a refund toward the order.
