Following a thorough review of all communication records from June 2025 to December 2025, as well as the legally binding agreement you signed, WSEC Azerbaijan hereby issues the following official statement regarding your case.
1. Service Fee Structure & Execution
As a standard policy, WSEC Azerbaijan does not collect any upfront payment from international students — full service fees are only charged upon the student's arrival in Azerbaijan. The sole exception applies to citizens of countries that are not eligible for an e-Visa, from whom a consultation deposit of just $200 is collected in advance to initiate the application process. This is the total amount in question.
Following your payment on 24 June 2025, our team processed your documents and submitted applications to three universities on your behalf. As stipulated in Clause 3.6 of our agreement, WSEC Azerbaijan does not guarantee admission, as final decisions rest solely with the respective universities. Due to visa-related restrictions specific to your nationality, certain delays occurred — all of which were communicated to you in a timely manner.
2. Documented Violations of the Code of Ethical Conduct
Although we initially initiated a refund process in September 2025, you subsequently engaged in repeated and severe violations of Clause 3.14 (Code of Ethical Conduct). Specifically, the following incidents were recorded:
• 5 October 2025 – Use of aggressive and threatening language toward staff.
• 27 October & 14 November 2025 – Targeted personal insults and threats.
• 16 & 18 November 2025 – Use of severely offensive slurs in both Russian and English.
• 28 December 2025 – Sustained extreme verbal abuse directed at multiple team members.
3. Defamation and Reputational Damage
On 28 December 2025, you explicitly stated your intention to enlist social media influencers and bloggers to damage our company's reputation. By publicly disseminating unfounded accusations of fraud while a formal resolution process was still underway, you acted in direct breach of Clause 25.1 of the agreement. This clause reserves the company's right to terminate the contract and withhold any refund as compensation for non-material damage inflicted upon our business reputation.
4. Final Decision
In accordance with Clause 3.15, all WhatsApp correspondence containing your abusive messages has been archived and preserved as legal evidence. Pursuant to Clauses 7.4 and 25.1, your entitlement to a refund is hereby forfeited as a direct consequence of your repeated breaches of contract and unlawful conduct.
WSEC Azerbaijan operates strictly within the legal framework of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Should you continue to engage in defamatory actions, we will not hesitate to submit the full record of evidence to the relevant authorities.
