WARNING: Stay Away from WS1 – This is a Disaster

After being a loyal customer of WS1 for over 11 years, I can sadly say this company is now a complete disaster. Their service has collapsed over the past two years.

There is NO working communication channel. Live chat has been removed, phone line is dead, and they NEVER respond to emails or WhatsApp.

I have three packages that were delivered to my WS1 address, but they were never logged or acknowledged. I contacted them repeatedly with no response whatsoever.

This feels like a scam. No support, no accountability, and total silence.

I strongly warn everyone to avoid this company. Check the recent reviews — this is not an isolated case. Many are experiencing the same thing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If there were a place to put a negative beside the star this company would definitely be deserving of it. On 3 March 2025, I checked for the package delivery and noted that it was "in review". The website clearly states that they would notify via email when the item is shipped. It has now been 22 days and at least 10 emails sent. The customer service is horrible. They have responded only once and after that nothing. Do not use this company.

Never use this website ever

Never use this website ever, their prices are over the roof when you shjp, and even if you were a loyal costumer their customer service is the worst, they ask for 17,5$ just for splitting a package, their customer service is just the worst and I'll be making sure to warn everyone about this scam website.

Super bad at everything you can imagine

Through all their customer support platforms, no one answers
Sudden updates in terms with no warning beforehand, which may cost you extra money
No warning in the website that canceling your order, will cost you tons of money, and whatever you payed is non-refundable, even if you did it literary "10 minutes" after payment
They take forever to ship your items

Overall, an extremely bad experience and I do not recommend them

Don’t try this website ,

I purchased 3 items from a US website , I requested them to remove all the attached boxes to save some weight, but at the end they sent me the shipment with the extra boxes and when i tried to contact them they ignored me and they kept send me an automated message to deny their responsibility

That was my last order with them

I'm very disappointed at them and definitely won't use them anymore... This is the 2nd time that they refuse to ship one of my purchase under false pretext... When Amazon is actually delivering those items... I was just trying to save costs by merging packages and actually, its going to cost me way more as i also need to pay for the return... Few months ago they did exactly the same... so i shipped to another country, they also told me it was a prohibited item (essential oils) and guess what... my mum received my shipment from them a month later so it wasn't so prohibited after all... Don't waste your money... I'd rather use Aramex and pay for each package and receive them than trying to save cost on merging packages and ending up pay way more money for the shipment, when they don't decide that this is a prohibited item

Shipping rates are high

Shipping rates are high, plus application design to give a very wrong estimate when it's too late to cancel. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless the cost of shipping cost is not a concern.

i am sharing my expereince with using…

i am sharing my expereince with using ws1.com . for the past years . i used their services with reciving several shipment from diffrent stores in the states .
they are very good in reciving the items . and they ship your packages within your abilities diliverry company.
their problem they use not to recive any products from apple . that is why . otherwise i have been depenedent on their address to receive stuff from USA all the time .

Ws1 experience

No customer service.. it takes a week to replay an email and some emails was ignored.. the shipping cost was very high.. They gave me an upgrade to be prime user but it is like a trick because the service as a prime customer was the worst one. Add to that the told that all taxes included to the price and no any additional fees will be collected but I shocked with a high tax when I receive the shipment.. all these are despite the delaying in registering the arrived orders in my address and the delay in preparing them for shipping. Very bad experience not recommended.

No shipments record

The shipments have arrived to WS1 for more than 2 week and it is not showing in my account. The problem is the customer care chat is not available and they did not answer the phone neither tweeter. No way to know what is going on

Shipping fees are ridiculous, use Shop and Shop instead

1. My actual package weight was around 20Lb so they estimated my shipping would cost around $130. but due to their dimensional/volumetric weighting system, it counted it as 92Lb, and then they charged me $756. I then asked to return the package because I wouldn’t have continued with the process knowing the shipping would cost the same as the price of my order, but they said all they could do at that stage is that I either pay that shipping fee or they will “dispose” my packages (literally throw them away) in 10 days.

2. They have delays confirming receipt of packages and “processing”, where it took nearly over a week to register my orders which and prepare them for shipping.

3. Their customer service is useless (that is if they’re “available” at all.

They’re extortionists and basically hold your packages and tell you they will dispose them unless you pay their ridiculous shipping fees.

Save yourself your time and money, and use Shop and Ship instead.
