I am disappointed with my experience using Writerz Paradise, particularly regarding shipping and communication.

My book shipment was scheduled to arrive in time for my official book launch. Unfortunately, the shipping company they used proved unreliable, and the books did not arrive as promised. I was later told the shipment would arrive in five days, but after repeated delays, inconsistent updates, and significant back-and-forth while waiting for responses, I no longer felt confident in the timeline being provided.

This delay had a direct impact on a professionally planned book launch that required time, coordination, and financial investment. Clear communication and dependable delivery are essential when working with authors, and in this case, both fell short.
