Wristbands are pretty good quality for the price and they arrived on time. However, we chose gold and it was a big mistake. More of a yellow/brown colour and very ugly. There was also a duty fee to be paid upon delivery which wasn't mentioned but when you seek it out on their website there is fine print stating customers are responsible for duty fees.

Ordered from what I thought was a local company. Found out after shipping that the wristbands were coming from overseas. Had to chase down the company to try and get tracking information which they said was emailed (I never received it) and found that they were slated to be delivered 10 days late! I paid for 2-day rush shipping ($40) and they missed the deadline, shipping from China the day before they were supposed to be delivered, the company knew there was no way they would meet the obligation but never advised me of such.

They ended up being 8 days late and useless to us. I tried to get the shipping refunded and was told on 3 occasions it would show up within 3-5 days on my credit card. Finally, I sent an email indicating I would chargeback the amount on my credit card if it wasn't processed and they actioned it.

To add insult to injury, 1 week later I received a text from "UPS" about my shipment saying additional fees were due after delivery. UPS confirmed it was a fake text and said the information I've provided to someone was likely stolen or sold. This is the only company I have ordered from and the text included my company name, cell phone number and work postal code. Highly suspicious.

This is a bunch of liars
They advertise as being a local company, they are not.
In my case, they advertised to be a Toronto, Ontario, Canada based company.
They are in Texas.
So, I ordered from them based only on the fact that I thought I was supporting a local business, and, I would be getting something shipped from reasonably Covid safe place in Canada. Then I end up with a shipment from a Covid infested state of Texas!
Terrible lying crooks.

Further more, I purchased a 1 Gallon jug of hand sanitizing 'Gel'. What I received was a thin liquid. Apparently thicker than the 'liquid' they also sell. (according to my emails with them)
There is nothing Gel like about this product.
I paid a premium price to purchase what I thought was a Gel.
I can buy liquid like this for less than 1/3 of the price locally.
I payed $60+(CAD) for 1 Gallon, I can buy a 5 Gallon bucket locally for $122(CAD).

Communication from this company after complaint, none, except when I chased them down for a reply as they initiated NO communication with me. They also 'claimed' to have called me several times, but left no voice messages, and my call history shows NO calls from them.
