Very poor quality products and ignore numerous emails to request return.
Don’t order from this company

Ordered 2 necklaces 2 months before I needed them. I Emailed weekly on how they were going. 2 days before they were meant to be delivered I got a email confirming the spelling, which I originally had correct, and then nothing. No advice on delivery. I had to go and purchase other necklaces for gifts. I have now had to dispute the purchase through PayPal. The first dispute I have ever had for 15 years of PayPal access.

Save your money, go somewhere else!

I’ve been waiting since Oct and twice they have said it’s been lost in transit,so there sending a 3rd one out which after reading your reviews looks like I won’t be receiving anything I’ve just lost £60 by the looks of things I should have known better than to order off facebook again 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️,gutted really

Worst experience ever
First necklace never arrived and they dragged it out for months before I requested a refund / dispute from my bank before they sent another. When it arrived the quality was terrible and like a $2 necklace plus the font wasn’t as ordered and it was that small you couldn’t read it

You’re led to believe you’re buying a premium product but it’s not. It looks cheap. Some of my items had markings on them. Took months to arrive. Coming from China. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

I got the items, there wasnt a problem with delivery . Yes the silver colour is dark, it won’t match any other silver you may have. It’s massively over priced- basically well photographed Temu items :( I’m really disappointed with the quality it’s ’OK’ I thought it was from Temu actually, the packaging is the same.

My daughter ordered 2 gold and 1 silver item for my birthday. Unfortunately when items arrived they were all not the silver and gold colour I have been used to in jewellery. The gold items are quite dull,although wearable ,but the silver necklace I would describe as dark almost black unlike any silver I’ve had and makes the necklace unwearable as the difference next to all the earrings and bracelets I have is so noticeable. My daughter tried to contact Wrenlee but has had trouble getting an acknowledgment/ response. I therefore contacted them and at least had a response however after 3 emails they refused me a refund , despite saying on the website this is possible, and their only solution is to offer 25% off any further orders which is of no use as I wouldn’t order from a company that don’t exhibit good customer service and am now left with a unwearable necklace. Wrenlee explain in their response to me that their silver jewellery is made from stainless steel so won’t tarnish but I don’t feel the marked difference to other silver items is explained enough and certainly isn’t shown on the website pictures.
Despite a response email from me to them regarding my continued unhappiness about their ‘ solution’ to my concerns 4 days ago they now appear to have stopped responding!
I’m now left with a unusable unwearable birthday present

Ordered in July. Received instructions that it was delivered. I never received a product. I have contacted them repeatedly, no information on product. Always a “ we’re looking into it”. Well it’s a month .. nothing. I requested a cancellation, a refund.. nothing.. no communication. Very upset. They take your money quickly.. but don’t deliver. Unethical. Scammers!

The worst quality you could imagine!! And the customer service on top of that!
Do NOT waste your money on this cheap jewellery

Absolutely shocking quality and service. My necklace arrived only after 4 months and then snapped in two places on the first wear. Took it to our jeweler to repair and he said it’s definitely not plated with gold vermeil and is not even sterling silver underneath. It’s a cheap flimsy metal :( very very disappointed and want our money back.

Not even one star do they deserve. If you order from them, you won’t receive your order and customer service never responds to your messages.

They took down my genuine reviews of their products from their website. The jewellery is very bad quality, e.g. the clasp of one pair of earrings I bought don't close so they just fall out. They don't match the colour of the photos. They are generally bad quality.

ordered mid Feb after multiple emails and social media messages the company say they have stock issues but can’t give a refund! Then told to expect dispatch 2nd week March… still nothing! 😡😡😡

Worst experience, ordered 1st week of Feb, didn't hear anything for two weeks and that was after sending numerous emails contacting them on Facebook and Instagram, they just offered an voucher for my next purchase absolute joke never had such poor customer service still haven't received my item and its the 1st of March tomorrow dont even want it anymore bit can't be refunded because the order was sent of already
