Booking my test was straightforward, the instructions were clear.
When I arrived at the test centre the Nurse was very helpful, explained the procedure, and my result was emailed to me within the specified time.

We had to book a second appointment in the space of 7 days due to a flight cancellation. I got through to Clara again (who booked in my first appt over the phone) and she is just so lovely & friendly! She remembered speaking to me and it was again a really easy pleasant process. My daughter had her virtual appt today with a lady (she didn't get her name) and again, really lovely! I will always use Wren when needing to travel in future
