We cannot praise our nurse Louise enough, she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in our testing and the following documentation. Thank you so much to Wren but mostly the person that we met. Excellent service.

It was a very good service. On the day of the test, I suddenly became anxious. Can I formally prepare the documents? I’m Japanese, my understanding of English okay? The inspection staff was very friendly and kind, and I was really able to relax with her smile. The test results arrived quickly, the Web site was clear to read, and the necessary documents were prepared smoothly. Thank you very much.

Great service at the test centre (Sandwich), and the follow up from the Customer Support got me my result when I needed it, as having paid for the express test, I didn't receive my result automatically.

I was testing virtually to fly home from the UK and it was really easy to set up an account and to do the test online

Staff was friendly and helpful at test sight and results were recieved back promptly.

Our experience with Wren was excellent, we felt safe, and the member of staff was professional and friendly.

The course was covered ok with a practical element but felt the trainer was just reading notes from slide show during the theory and did not make it interesting or involve the participants very much.
The trainers knowledge was not as up to date as expected.
During the practical session the trainer often chatted to participants rather than watching/supporting the person carrying out the practical and was not tech savvy needing support to work the board etc

A very efficient and professional service. I got the information I needed to travel without any hassle. It’s a good idea to check that you have easy access to a printer before you travel though.

Service was quick and staff really helpful and friendly.
My only criticism is that the results certificate is password protected.........which makes it impossible/extremely difficult to forward on/attach to a travel portal of the country I'm going to, or to even print the certificate.

A very helpful nurse. We were already out before we were scheduled to go in.
The results email was ready as promised. What more could we have asked for?
