I'm deeply disappointed with the experience. From the start, communication was frustratingly slow, and on the big day, several key arrangements were not as we'd agreed upon. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, leading to significant delays and discomfort for our guests. To make matters worse, the condition of the venue was not up to par, with cleanliness and maintenance clearly neglected. This was supposed to be a day to remember for all the right reasons, but instead, it's memorable for all the wrong ones. I regret choosing this venue and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their special day.
