Purchased online, also had some questions, wired tunes were quick to respond, quick to deliver. Overall, great experience and best prices i’ve found online (at least for the gear I was looking for).

When Andrew was alerted to a surprising delivery problem to the U.S. west coast, he escalated with the carrier and tracked the issue to resolution. While there were many variables outside his control, his persistent diligence lead to a very satisfactory purchase experience for me. I will do business with them again!

Very good overall, good price, i was a bit concerned as i live on the opposite side of Europe. Packaging could have been a little bit better by using more isolation around the little box of the eurorack module's box which was moving a bit in the bigger one that's why i dont give a straight 5 but a 4.5. Everything was working. Answering questions fast on contacts. (I change my 4 to a 5 but care avout these little modules while people playing rugby with these box 😅).

I loved the stickers! The shipment was posted and I received my guitar unbroken and as expected. Only problem was a bit of glue on one of the pickups but that was probably the fault of the manufacturers.
As for the instrument itself, I am very happy as it was my dream electric guitar.
