Never received purchased product, they argued with my bank.

If I could leave zero stars I would. But this is to serve as a warning to others, do not buy from this brand. Today is September 17th. It has been 9 weeks since my husband purchased me a monogram spa wrap, and I’ve never received it.
The company attempted to charge us shipping again after their labeling mistake. They sent us 3 different tracking numbers promising the package was on the way. After the third failed to reach the destination, I opened a dispute with my bank.
This fraudulent small business then decided to tell my bank that I received the purchase despite an email chain back and forth proving I did not.
