Mehran was my repair man, and he was excellent he fitted about 4 parts to my range cooker, and he was very quick and thorough

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Paid £179 for the ‘repair’. engineer came out to see what needed to be done to the fridge ( the ice compartment door wasn’t shutting). Phoned the office to order the new part. The new part arrived but I didn’t hear from them for over 3 weeks to arrange the repair. When the engineer finally came they had ordered completely the wrong part. They then ordered the correct part. I then got a text 2 weeks later to say that the part of out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be available. I called to try and arrange a refund for keeping me waiting for almost 6 weeks and then not being able to repair but they argued that they didn’t do refunds. Very frustrating. They eventually agreed to a partial refund but all in all a crap experience.

Repair communication should improved.
4th visit to repair my washing machine. It’s almost a month now that I haven’t had a working washing machine. I was notified an hour after the service engineer’s visit that it will be replaced. It’s a frustrating experience whilst the engineer was working on the machine. He left saying I had to wait for various reports before I find out what was going to happen. I was in limbo. It was impossible to get through to customer service whilst the repair engineer with me. He was unable to resolve the issue with the washing machine but couldn’t give any indication of what was going to happen next.
WeRepair actually phoned me and emailed me within an hour of the engineer leaving. I have replacement washing machine authorised.
It's a shame that this isn't relayed at the time of the repair.
Now waiting for a replacement machine to be organised and to be fitted.

Mehran was friendly and efficient. When here he resolved the issue quickly and explained do’s and dont’s. Only pick I would say appointments are limited. So if no visit today I would have had to of waited another 12 days for next one.

Excellent service and the engineer was very helpful
Very easy and the engineer was in and out in 20 minutes. The issue was resolved and he gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again in the future.

They answer the phone, respond to emails, and you speak to a real person which makes a change. Very pleasant engineer visited, ordered the parts and I now have four working burners on my 25+ years old Smeg hob. Definitely recommend

Site/company easy to identify on the internet/web. Once initial enquiry is made they are very swift in following up with call. Had decided to use We Repair so made payment and again they quickly arranged for engineer to attend. Engineer visited recommended new part. Then the delays and confusion kicked in. Emails received advising parts were ordered, had been received and engineer visit scheduled. Then telephone call to say this was not the case and parts were still awaited. Then the day that had been scheduled and cancelled for engineer visit the engineer rang to say he was on his way. Arrived and could not fit part. Heard nothing back from We Repair. Having called them they said they were waiting on a part. So it took about a month to complete repair. The engineer that fitted was the same that made original assessment visit and he was good.

Really impressed with WeRepair
Really impressed with WeRepair. Initially the engineer came and then had to order a spare part. A different engineer came - had to dismantle the machine and plumbing - has done a very comprehensive repair and now the washing machine is back in full working order. Really grateful to WeRepair.
