You keep asking me to write a review which I already have. I gave you £108 for the repair work. You sub contracted another company. Who came around and said they couldn’t do the job as I had a sealed unit around my cooker hood I unsealed it. The guy failed to come and repair it. Then I was told on app the job was repaired which was untrue. So I cancelled the insurance and phoned my bank and now they said it was dodgy so they claimed my money back

Determined Service
We had to wait awhile, but we were kept up to date with the delivery of parts from Italy. Our old Britannia range cooker was finally serviced and parts were replaced as required. The service has been good and all parts were finally sourced by the team. Well done and thank you for your persistence.

Wait time horrific
The repair man did as expected, no problem. The wait time was far too lengthy. I was without an oven for months. I was told the part was available 5 days after ordering, it took months for them to come back and fix it. I was not impressed, and would not have a Lamona oven again.
