The best out of all I have tried
I can't say enough good things about WPX. As a non-technical person, their customer service portal is beyond excellent. Their prices are reasonable, and they simply execute what you want. No arguments, no sill upsells or complicated workarounds like GoDaddy, and the list goes on.
I can't stop recommending them.

I gave WPX very good reviews in trust pilot. This is my responsibility to aware. While doing great the quality of service WPX went down.
I ask a website optimization 10 may 2026. No one cares. They did not ask an apology yet. Ticket No - #807545.
Every time I ask support they are Escalate my Ticket but nothing happened... What a Shame WPX? Seems it is a dying company!!

Think twice before trusting their malware guarantee
I've had a virus on our website for three weeks now. Malware removal is explicitly listed as part of their core service offerings, but getting them to actually honor that has been a nightmare.
Originally, they told us there was a holiday in their country and there was no one there to fix it. The virus came back, and now they keep bouncing us around saying they are "currently experiencing slight delays due to heavy workloads." A three-week delay while a business loses orders is not a "slight delay."
It's a ridiculously frustrating situation. We have an active virus crushing our website, and there seems to be literally nobody working there who can actually step up and fix it. I would be very careful about where you decide to put your hosting money.

You’re absolutely right that malware removal is part of our service, and in your case the delays were far longer than they should ever have been. We understand how serious this situation is, especially when an infected website impacts orders and business operations. Referring to a multi-week delay as a “slight delay” understandably felt frustrating and inadequate.
While there were temporary staffing limitations during local holidays combined with an unusually high workload for our Security team, that does not change the fact that you needed timely help and did not receive it. We take responsibility for that.
The recurring infection also made this case more complicated than a standard malware cleanup, which further prolonged the time needed to resolve this.
Your feedback is fair, and we've already taken steps to ensure that this issue doesn't occur agian in the future, because this is not the level of support experience we want any customer to have.
We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve.

I've been with them for over 4+ years
I've been with them for over 4+ years. Never had issue, and even if I did they'd fix it in a few mins. Today it's completely opposite. They take days (even if it gets fixed) to address the issue. They are slow., Still to this day many of my issues aren't fixed. Don't come in here. Viruses take over your websites and then support can't fix them causing you to lose accounts/jobs, etc. Run and don't look back. Find another hosting provider .

Our team always advises keeping core, themes, and plugins up to date manually or automatically, as that seems to be the reason for the infection. Also, please do keep in mind that the premium ones need to be updated manually on your end. That will improve both security and speed to be at their best.

This host has been a God send
This host has been a God send. Having moved from hostigator; another host where there were many impromptu down times at busy times, issues with bandwidth and what have you. WPX has never failed me. I have been a happy customer for the last 10 years and anytime I want anything sorted there is always someone handy to help in less than 3 seconds and they always get me sorted. I would recommend WPX to anyone who needs a peaceful hosting that never lets you down.

For the premium price we pay you would expect a flawless service, yet it is now riddled with bugs they don't even catch up, their back logs seems faulty, I'm loosing time, money and energy with them now, this is an unacceptable service.

Always get my issues resolved
I have had a Wordpress site since 2020 for my small business, and signed up for WPX hosting after it was recommended for having the fastest page loading and exceptional customer service. They did not disappoint! Every time I needed assistance (often for something DNS record related) they were patient and clear and always got my issue sorted out for me. Highly recommend!
