I have lifetime plan where they say priority support. Don't buy from them. No updates at all. No reply on telegram channel. If they reply they will be highly rude to you like you are stealing something. I won't recommend this company to you all.

A good source for testing plugins. Now lifetime plan is poorly supported, from my experience.

After I purchased this product I was sent a email with login details which gave me access to a google doc with links to search. Now when I go to their web page I cant login with my account details, I cant recover my password because I get a message telling my my email address is invalid or does not exist (ye they sent me an email to my address) and their chat widget on their page doesn't work. I have emailed support with tickets several times, never been answered. When I search for my tickets on their support site - nothing! my email is invalid. So to this point a total waste of money and no back support.

Wp Teams is a very good website for wordpress plugins and they provide one of the best customer support that i have experienced ever.

Don't buy anything from wpteam. They cheat you. I had a really bad experience and when I checked with support, they abused me. They are accusing me of racial abuse now. Now they owe me an apology. I have screenshot of the entire conversation. I can prove that they said " bloody indian " . I didn't use anything racial. Now I will have to post the entire transcript on social media unless they apologise unconditionally. They shamelessly lie. I will take legal action against them now and definitely go to social media.

Edit 2 : i still don't have an apology from these shameless people. These people are criminals who accuse customers after sending them a faulty product and then lie and accuse the customers falsely. Their reply below is full of lies. I am saying this again. Please do not buy anything from WPTEAM. They are criminals and fit to be only in jail. They don't deserve to be in the civilized world

Support from Developer, JENNI MAM is Wonderful. You never expect such support. Even though I have requested many things to HER about my website, She never irritable about my requests. She kindly accept my request & try to solve the issue immediately or they may add our requests in their future updates.
