The batch management plugin is excellent, highly recommended for those who sell food online and need an easy way to manage batches, for example for the organic/skal regulations - and i especially liked the great customer service when i had some questions about the plugin. Excellent.

The plugin PDF invoice works great for what I need and the support is very good and fast.
I had a problem caused by an other plugin and WP Overnight supported me in the best way. They found out where the problem is and suggested me a way to handle the problem. Great!

The plugin is works well, and is well documented. It is just so much easier to use than coding a PDF template from scratch (which you can use with the plugin if you wanted to). Customer service has been exceptional, I needed a few snippets to make tiny adjustments and Delano replied super fast. Recommended.

This is the best PDF invoice after trying several similar plugins. It provides good invoice format template, and the invoice show on website and attach to customer email clearly.

My website is in Traditional Chinese, there was font display issue which is not easy to be fixed as a layman. However, I got technician support to solve my problem thoroughly. They replied my question promplty and follow up the output after applying each new code.

If anyne is considering to go pro version, this plugin must fulfill your need as they have very strong support and excellence service.

In my career of 9+ years, I use WPovernight's PDF invoices plugin for all my web shops. The free version and the premium bundle for when the free version is not sufficient. The customer service is always very fast, friendly and very helpful. In those 9 years I have not had a single unresolved problem, which says enough in my opinion! Keep up the good work!

I worked with Delano for customer support with the WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin. It was a complicated issue that took a lot of trial and error over a 3-day time frame but they never gave up on the issue. Client bought the plugin as we needed a quick solution to add batch numbers for medicinal products. They provided fast and efficient support with getting the batch numbers to show on the pdf invoice, as this was the only issue I was having. Highly recommend.

In the end they were able to provide a beta version of the module with a fix and that solved the issue.

Nice thing here is that once you open a ticket, all correspondence is then with a real person via a normal email exchange and not hidden behind some AI private/anonymous support system.
