We signed up to WP manager a few months ago now to look after three of our websites. Since the beginning Jason and his team have been very efficient and helpful. We recently had an issue with our ecommerce site whilst I was away on holiday. One email to the support team and within hours the problem was rectified and future safe proofing put in. Thanks to Jason and the team for making the onboarding exeperience so smooth and for the work you have done to address issues with our sites which have been overlooked for some time. Knowing that we have a proactive team and technology monitoring our sites, updating Wordpress and plugins, as well as evaluating and fixing security issues and vulnerabilities gives us a great deal of confidence that we're in safe hands.

Jason and the team have been worth every penny of the monthly support fee. When issues arise with my website, their response time is rapid, and the faults are rectified quickly.

They also host my website, and do the annoying regular maintenance like updates, and keep back-up copies of the site. It's all very reassuring, and this service helps to keep my stress levels low when issues arise.
