Really bad experience when I last…
Really bad experience when I last ordered a few months ago. I have always made an effort to shop Irish, and have bought stuff from woowee for the last few years. There was an error made on the last item I ordered with regards to personalised writing, in fairness the error could be interpreted from both sides so difficult to know who was in the right or wrong. But the customer service was terrible. Would never order again which is sad considering it would have taken very little to rectify the problem.

Ordered a personaliced Christmas Ornament. 1st class. From ordering to delivery. Paid the extra €2.50 for the presentation box as it's a Christmas gift. The box is extremely high quality and so worth the extra €2.50! Delighted with the ornament. Very neatly personalised and carefully wrapped inside the box. Highly recommend WowWee!

I am absolutely delighted with both products purchased from this company. I purchased a wedding frame and alsoa Hurley for a christening. The skill that has went into making them is second to none. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase
Absolutely delighted with the candle I ordered for my goddaughters christening. It is so beautiful. Very fast delivery! I placed my order on Monday night and received my package 2 days later. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Their personalised new baby frame is a gorgeous gift, as well as their dolls, and baby comforters! I recently had a baby & received so many wow wee gifts they are all fabulous keepsakes!

Unbelievably fast delivery. I ordered 3 different products - with 3 different personalisations - at 22:30 on a wed and they were with me by lunchtime on Friday. Lovely packaging. Fantastic service and v reasonable pricing. Definitely will use again.
