Never again!
4 montht after vacation - Still trying to get a refund of the home ticket that I had to pay myself because Wow-travel messed up the dates!
All they come up with is worse than terrible excuses.
Yes you will get the Money but:
- We are moving locations for 14 days and won't be doing any Work in that time
- I did not get your email - Our system is not running well
- I need (another) OK from the boss to transfer the Money. He is not in today and I can't call him
- I am alone at the office today and can't make decisions to transfer Money - the ok is already given, just transfer the Money
- I don't have the access and passwords to our accounting systems - even though I am the accountant.
- The accountant manager will transfer the Money when he is back from vacation IF he is in the office - guess he wasn't for at least 14 days.
And so on.
Excuse after excuse after excuse.
And when I call them, they interupt me and hang up on me.
I can only say - LOUSY SERVICE. Never ever Again will I travel with Wow-travel.
