We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied, however we must clarify several important points regarding your order.
The order was placed on our website using the cash on delivery option and was successfully delivered and accepted at the delivery address. Acceptance of a cash-on-delivery parcel requires confirmation at the time of delivery. For this reason, it is not reasonable to later claim that the order was not placed by you or that it was unauthorized, as the parcel could have been refused at delivery if it was not expected.
After accepting the order, you contacted us stating that you did not place it and requested a return with all costs covered by WOW TEA. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for return costs in such cases. Return shipping fees are clearly outlined in our return policy and apply when an order has been accepted by the customer.
We strongly reject the claim that WOW TEA is a scam. We operate transparently, follow our stated policies, and deliver only confirmed orders. No evidence was provided to support the claim that your personal details were misused, and the order was completed according to standard procedures.
We remain available to assist within the framework of our policies, but we cannot assume costs for an order that was accepted upon delivery.

Delay in delivery
I ordered one of the big packs you offer including 2 bottles and 5 teas. In accordance with your policy, the delivery shall be made within the next 2 business days. Unfortunately this time i had to contact 2 times the support and to request information for the delivery. It was delivered more than 2 weeks later. This has never happened before.

The teas you offer are great
The teas you offer are great. My favorite is the mint limited edition. This is the first time I don't like a tea I buy from you and this is the new one cocoa limited edition. It's neither effective tasty. I was quite surprised by this fact. The other teas are great and I recommend them.
