I ordered a replacement battery for my camera, they sent me the wrong one. I sent them emails straight away to see about returning the battery for the correct one.
No response nearly a week later that's not how you run a business. Never again will I buy from this crowd a bunch clowns.

0-Star Service - Avoid these scammers.

We bought a camera from this site. The item arrived without the required battery charger - this camera will never work without a battery / charger.
I sent them an email, to ask for the charger - which has not been answered. When I later called them, they told me that "the ad never mentioned the charger" and that they didn't have one.

The ad mentioned that the camera was fully working and tested. It's impossible to test a camera without the charger/ battery!!

The person I spoke to was unhelpful and rude. My advice - there's lots of other sellers out there - avoid this one. They're scammers.

Prompt responses and delivery of item. No complaint from me would use again

I mistakenly ordered 2 tripods and never even realized until wowprice.ie both informed and refunded me immediately. As a result of this fantastic service, I have bought another couple of items and have found the prices very competitive and them great to deal with. I can't comment on delivery times because I live locally and collected from their outlet here in Cork.
I have no prior connections with the business and have no problems recommending them as an excellent trustworthy business.

they don't have listed items in stock. very disappointing.

I ordered a used Mini DV camcorder from them a few weeks ago. When trying to pay for it, there was no option of credit or debit card. Just bank transfer, PayPal or pay on delivery option. I chose 'pay on delivery', just to be safe. Got an email straight away to say my ordered was ready and going to be processed. Cut to a few days later and I emailed them to see if they had an estimated time frame for the delivery. I got a one sentence reply "must be at your place by now". I gave it another 4 days and contacted them again to see what the story was. Another one sentence answer "We are waiting for respond from courier company". Again, I gave it another few days and contacted them, asking them to be honest about the time frame. The reply was "Sorry I got reply from courier company the last parcel sorry!!!!". Followed by "Status of order cancelled". I tried ringing the number on the website but it doesn't work. I honestly don't know what to make of it really. Just seems dodgy, and I would not recommend them.
