my product came broken and not made correctly. after communicating back and forth with the company for about a week the furthest i got was a 50% refund. initially then only
offered me $10 on a $70 item that was their fault it was broke and not made correctly. and they only send me one email a day at 1 am in the morning which is extremely irritating. i understand time differences but damn. they know they are scamming people and taking their money. no place to leave a review on the website. complete scam. they knew they looked at my product and it was made wrong and still sent out. do not order.

I ordered a custom pokemon card for Father's Day. The card itself was made poorly. The art layover plastic was damaged as of it hadn't set properly and was peeling off.

Have contacted for refund and have heard nothing. Total scam.

I ordered a customized sweater for Father's Day. It was made incorrectly. When I asked for a refund they only offering 15%, when I refused the offer they then offered 30%. Then I refused that offered and they no longer responded. I don't recommend anyone get anything made through wownine. Especially since they won't give you a refund if the item was made incorrectly. Poor customer service.

The only thing I’m not fond of is having to rate this website without the product first but for now I have no complaints I hope it comes out beautiful thank you!

Love the idea, we'll see the quality when I get my products. Only issue is the website required me to put an apartment number in, and I don't live in an apartment. It was a required field to fill out for some reason. Had to put N/A.

Quick and simple. If possible would like maybe an order estimate time of arrival?

The product I ordered for Dads Day (graded trading card) is great. The only thing that would have made this 5⭐️ is if they shipped to Hawaii. Kind of a hassle to have to ship to family on the mainland, so they can send the ordered gift to me in Hawaii. Gift seems worth the hassle though.

Ordered an item, that was updated as delivered. Never had the parcel. All I got was them asking me to chase the delivery company, or provide proof of loss! How I was supposed to do that is beyond me, as I’d not received the parcel. Offered a 20% refund, which I declined and was then ghosted with no further response. Scam company!!

I received an embroidered sweater with a dog that looks nothing like the pic I submitted. They refuse to give a refund or remake the sweater properly. I’ve been going back and forth with their tech support for a month now. This company is HORRIBLE!

Was easy to interact with website

The product I ordered took almost 2 months to be delivered after order suggested 2-3 weeks. When it finally arrived the canvas came with no frame. I immediately contacted the company. They originally were willing to offer 15% off, which was about half of what I paid for the frame. After multiple emails back-and-forth, they agreed to pay back the $30, now it’s been more than two months and have not received any refund nor any responses. This company does not have integrity and customer service is lacking. I would not recommend buying from this company.
