I really enjoy the product (though too early too know if it’s effective), however the customer service is shocking. I received two packages and I was told I ordered twice (I didn’t) as I just subscribed. I asked them 3 times to confirm if I’d I had 1 or 2 subscriptions, they assured me they’d check. After waiting and waiting for a response, I decided to just cancel as I didn’t want to run the risk of being charged again. I’d advise that if you can buy elsewhere, do or find an alternative product.

Bought WOW hydrate pro and paid extra for tropical flavour. Received the cheaper summer fruits with no explanation and no way to ask for replacement

Great price for bulk buy, came quickly as well. The only thing I'd say is that they need to have a time frame on how long it has to take to deliver, I had to email them and they did get back to me stating it would be 3-4 working days but they should have that on there so people know apart from that everything was great

Received order promptly and they are as described. Particularly like the Summer Fruits drink.

Great service and delivered very quickly. I suffered from severe cramps after golf and have found a great improvement if I drink an electrolyte orange as I go round the course.

Last subscription I got one of the boxes was half fizzy and all 3 boxes of my new subscription are completely clear they have no colour no smell but they're in summer fruits bottles there's no option on the site to report any order issues so now I have 3 cases of nefarious look "summer fruits" sitting in my living room

Bad quality control. I love this drink in general, but recently I find more and more bottles without taste.

Wow is a wow to me it keeps me hydrated threwout my day to day life but also in my new life as a athlete as a wheelchair rugby player for hull kr my life has Changed for the better with wow hydrate gonna be ordering on a regular basis

Well it's a reasonable price and iv been drinking monster energy for a few years and switched to wowhydrate for 3 weeks and I must say , wow what a difference in my energy and there's no caffeine comedown like a energy drink , fantastic

Everyone who calls and ourselves, drink these; nothing to do with needing hydration from sports activities, but because they taste good and are refreshing.

Love the flavours. I find them easy to drink and essential for keeping me hydrated on endurance rides. Could no longer find them locally, so stocked up direct. Speedy delivery.

Good value - great product - easy delivery

Was not home when DHL Express tried to deliver as I work 6 days a week. Went to my local DHL office only to be told that DHL Express is not the same company so went to another depot the other side of town. Item was not there to be collected. Still not received the goods, and no refund received. I will never buy this item on line again as delivery is a nightmare
