I haven't received it yet. Could you provide tracking no for me

I received the tracking number of the shipment via the email, but I couldn’t track my order with the provided number.
I have emailed twice to the company, but I have not yet got any feedback from the company. I am stilling waiting for my parcel.

Glad to find this shop online. Kind of worried at first and chased order for a few times via email and web site contact. Eventually the order got shipped and delivered on schedule.

Called the office and confirmed our order. Delivered at reasonable time during this viruses concern time, thanks!

I requested twice for shipping info but even not a single reply, I just want to know when will it be shipped, and if it’s not shipped yet just tell me it’s not ready for shipment. I heard no news from my order after I placed the order for one week.

Great customer service and price. Fast delivery too, took only 3 days to deliver to my door after I placed an order.

Although the masks I ordered are not the same brand but it does offer the same protection level.

It's the second time I write the comment to Woundcare. They can keep their promise and provide the product even in a very bad environment when everyone is ordering the mask. Finally, all products are shipped! Excellent service!

Not honest seller. Don't buy. They substitute your goods with other low quality goods without informing you. That is stealing. A crime. Sue them.
