Medline Non27122 Masks
I bought 8 boxes of Medline Non27122 masks (ASTM Level 2), but it turns out I received 8 boxes of Precept 15112 masks (ASTM Level1). This is deception! What’s more, the Precept masks are made in China! Your company did not even send an email to me to explain why this happened. Please follow up my case and arrange a full refund of the payment to me, or ship the Medline masks to me.

Sorry about the confusion of products. We are trying to keep up with demands and get masks out to all customers as fast as possible. We did substitute this product like we said on the front of our web page. Medline product Non27122 is an isolation ear loop with out an ASTM level rating. BFE > 98%, PFE > 97%
The product that we substituted is a higher quality mask being a level 1 ASTM, PFE 98.7%, and BFE 99.6%

Charge you quick but refund slow
Placed the order for N95 mask that didn't show "out of inventory" on 02/10/2020 with some of the masks shown "Out of inventory". However, later found the home page that all masks are out but the credit card was immediately charged. Called on 02/14/2020 and asked if any delivery date without a definite answer. Requested to cancel the order and agreed with email on 02/15/2020 that the order had been cancelled and refunded. However, as of today 02/19/2020, checked the credit card record but could find any refund. Don't know when it will refund to my credit card. Bad experience with this purchase.

Good for buying masks
Ordered masks and amid the severe shortage they were delivered in a week which was sooner than I thought. Quality is great. I wish they could be shipped overseas for an extra fee.

Order cancelled after 20 days without notice
I ordered on 30 Jan just find out the order cancelled today by login the website even not a formal email to notice me about the cancellation and refund. Communication is very important don’t be the coward. I have to monitor the status myself by login the web everyday.
