I was sent a different food order from…

I was sent a different food order from what I ordered, I stopped buying things from them because of the way they handled my order.
The reason I gave you people 2 star rating was because you were good the 1st and 2nd time I order food stuff from you. But the 3rd time was a disaster i was sent rotten smoked chicken wings instead of smoked turkey wings.
The wosiwosi people called me and apologise they never refunded me my money.

I think this will be my official meat supplier.Everything was packaged perfectly. GREAT SERVICE.Fresh Oxtail.The rest of the meat and fish was frozen but looked and tasted good. Also overnight delivery and marked as perishable

Rotten fresh Uziza and Oha leaves posted to me

This is the second time I am ordering from wosiwosi and I am very disappointed. I ordered fresh uziza, fresh oha leaves and two other items. The fresh leaves arrives completely covered in fungus and mould. Both rotten. I was so surprised as anyone who had packed the original item would have seen that it was rotten and expired. I subsequently messaged the seller on watsapp hoping to find a resolution - either a refund or a new item reposted out to me. But I was completely ignored. Baring in mind I have previously conversed with them on this same number when I asked if they had a certain item in stock so I do know that number is in use. This is very poor tactic from the company. I will therefore strongly advise against purchase of fresh items as if it arrives rotten like it did in my case you have no opportunity to get a new item or a refund.

The level of gaslighting is…

The level of gaslighting is unbelievable. I made an order and they delivered an incomplete package to me. I sent an email, no response, sent a message via their official WhatsApp page, no reply made calls via WhatsApp no answer. They are still to even acknowledge my complaint after taking my money. Customer service doesn’t exist with them, hopefully you will be lucky not to have any missing item because NOBODY will respond to you if you do.

Excellent shopping experience

Shopping in-store at Wosiwosi is an enjoyable experience for me. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh and authentic African foods. I love the quality of their products, it's outstanding, fresh produce, well-packaged products, and high-quality meats and seafood.

What really stands out is their exceptional customer service. The staffs are warm, friendly and always willing to help. They are knowledgeable about the products and offer great recommendations, making it easy to find exactly what you need. Their welcoming attitude makes shopping here a pleasure.

Brilliant customer service

I order groceries from this store regularly and I must say that the quality is excellent every time. The customer service is one of the best you can get. They are very helpful in answering your question and making suggestions where needed. They are always on time with their delivery set as well. This is one of the best African stores I’ve shopped from.

Fast Delivery and Outstanding Customer Service!

I had an excellent experience with WosiWosi African Store! Their delivery was incredibly fast, and I was genuinely impressed that my soups were still frozen upon arrival perfect for immediate storage. Lara was a gem on the phone when I needed help with my order; she was patient, friendly, and made everything so much easier.

WosiWosi clearly values customer satisfaction, from prompt delivery to exceptional service. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending them to anyone looking for authentic African food without the hassle. Keep up the amazing work!

Fresh, Affordable - WosiWosi delivered!

So happy I found Wosiwosi! Before them, I had an unpleasant experience finding a reliable, high-quality, and affordable African food store in my area. The vegetable (ugwu leaves) that I ordered are literally farm-fresh, and the assorted meat and catfish were properly cleaned and packed with ice to keep them fresh. Big shoutout to the team for always being polite, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wosiwosi is the best

Fresh and Frozen Food delivered in time

I ordered for goods all the way from Edinburgh, Scotland, and it arrived in good time with all the perishables still fresh and frozen.

They refused to refund me

In November, I purchased four crates of Amstel Malta from Wosiwosi. Unfortunately, they delivered products with a short expiry date of 02/12/2024 without any prior notice. After I raised a complaint, Wosiwosi collected the products but refused to issue a refund. They keep claiming that the refund has been processed, yet I have not received any money. Their customer service is very poor, and communication has been lacking. This has been the worst experience I've had with an online food store.

The item was purchased on sale . There were bought at less than half the original price. The best before date was also advertised.

However, We apologies unreservedly for the delay in issuing your refund.

I trust you have gotten your refund by now.
Our refund policy is very clear, we refund unconditionally for any item that is returned or undelivered. the refund must be done timely. This has not happened in this case. We apologies Unreservedly.
We have put in place measures to ensure it does not happen again.

Food poisoning is NO JOKE

I ordered over £100 of meat. I have never had any issues with other online stores and wosi wosi’s reviews are good. 3days after paying for my order , I sent an email chasing up my order.(Wednesday )At about 16:46 I received a message that my order was with DHL.
The next day( Thursday) I got a message that my Parcel was delayed. I called Wosi Wozi and I think Laroche told me that she would sort it with DHL. The Friday I got another message that my parcel is still delayed. It is a known fact that Bacteria starts to grow 2 hours after removing meat from refrigerator. laroche told me that they did not pack with ice as they only use ice in summer. She mentioned it was in a cooler box. Please note I received the meat 3 days later and refused to accept the delivery. I can not freeze meat that was in transit for 3 days with no refrigerator. I do not want to be responsible for sending 3 families to A and E on Christmas day. After reaching out several times, I have still not had a response. According to terms and conditions of Wosi Wosi, if the courier is unable to deliver and the meat goes bad because the customer is not available, they will NOT refund. But what about if they send you rotten meat, you cook it and send many people to A and E??? Who takes responsibility for that??? I have emails to prove all of this , as well as my call register will show I called Wosi Wosi. I believe my refund is due. DHL failed to comply and should compensate wosi wosi and I should be reimbursed for my hard earned money as I still have people to feed. I am NOT asking for something for free or begging for something I didn’t work for. This is my money. Can you please , please process my refund
