Wonderful experience ordering from Wosh Life. I previously ordered back in October and received my Baby Wosh in November. I am now currently waiting on 2 more and couldn’t be anymore excited for them to get here. Thank you, Team Wosh! ❤️

It has been more than two months since we ordered and we have not received it. The shipping tracking is bogus and has not been updated in more than a month.

The Woosh I received had a small hole in it and when requesting a return and replacement, I was met with a no. I was told at first that I could have a 50% discount on my next item ordered (there will be no next item). When I persisted that I wanted a replacement Woosh I was given a credit of $7 and some change. I spent $30 on this plushie. Lesson learned.

I love wosh so much. Sadly, I bought him as a gift so our time together was short, but boy was it beautifu. Wosh is so soft, so patient looking, so stoic. He contains multitudes yet he will never reveal himself because he knows his job is simply to be. I defy anyone to look into his all knowing eyes and feel nothing. Gaze with caution, friends, for once you look a wosh in the eyes it is a wosh you must buy. Wosh life 5 ever.

I ordered the product on Oct 17 and have not only never received it, but am no longer receiving shipping updates.

It took a while to arrive and the tracking tool was not very useful but they arrived safe and sound soon enough!!

I ordered this several months ago and it's still sitting in China. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, and I doubt it will be here in time to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointed.

Bought two items, one arrived the other I was told would be coming from China which was not declared at time of purchase. It took six months for my order to arrive and in that time I received one response from the seller after several months despite my numerous emails and their "24 hour response" policy. When my order finally arrived, it was awful. I ordered a chubby seal plush toy and the eyes were missing, the face had been attached incorrectly and was also upside down, and overall was poor quality. I have contacted the seller, including pictures of the item in my email, twice since then for a refund and have yet to receive a reply.

It’s been about 2 months now and i still haven’t gotten my order. everytime i call no one answers and i can’t track my package.

I emailed them about the plush and they still have not responded and its been 3 weeks. I ordered it about a month and a half ago and got no updates.

The package took a vary long time to get here between covid and the shipping method the company choose but when it finally got here it was totally worth the wait it’s exactly what I wanted and I was vary happy with my purchase thank you wosh life

Not only did my wosh take over 2 months to arrive, but it came with a disgusting vomit-like stain that is just appalling. I am so disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again, and I was so excited too. Someone must have been very careless on their lunch break and dropped food on it or something because it is making me feel sick.

I love my wosh, he is adorable!! The reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because delivery took nearly a month.

Yesterday I wrote a one star review because I received it finally today. The shipping took a long time but I love the end product.
