Watch out this company, Ramesh Basnett is the owner (untrusted person he never keep his promis even in black n white), be aware of their reputation . Think deep before you pay in advance. I paid him $1620 in Oct 2023(attached) but until today I get only $1162 back and it was paid after Aug 2025 in seperate, still $458 pending, he never keep any promise or commitment made , even the Sikkim Tourism office pushed (see attached). Don't go Sikkim nor Darjeelin thru agents in Gangtok. You may choose reliable agents in Darjeelin or any others in India, dont go with any agent in Sikkim, they are greedy and no dignity

The company has a good reputation in customer service i think. I used their ticket service several times and got always satisfied. They really care for their customer feelings and ensures satisfaction. But i am not telling it vaguely here is an recent example. I bought a ticket from Kampala to addis with a one month transit and then to India, they sent me the itinery and i confirmed. When the tickeT was issued i noticed that the transit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia was two months rather my request was only one month. Now i called Ms. Janvi in customer service and informed about it. In the next three hours they issued me a new ticket as per my request and charged nothing for it. For sure they care on customers though they have paid the fair difference and date change penaly to the airlines which could be around 150 usd. This is a strong decision and support to the customers from SKYworld and i will be your loyal cusotmer, Thank you. SKYWORLD TRAVELS
