Ordered ages ago and wish had left sooner as company closed at the start of the year, companies House verified. Only downside was I wasn't told the knife was cold steel so doesn't hold an edge and is softer

after researching on the internet I found the best looking and the highest review frogs came from you folks.
I received my frog from wws yesterday and could not be more pleased! very good looking and great quality!! I am very picky!!

Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering! Ordered some knives, after chasing found outg they were on back order and told two weeks wait. Some months later no knives, no replies to my emails! Having to chase refund through Paypal resolution center which the seller also doesn't reply to! DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered 5 axes in May as the site said they were in stock, found out after much chasing they weren’t. Asked for a refund and was promptly refunded with an apology... which was good service so I then ordered again in June.
However I haven’t received my axes (it’s now August)
Joni the site admin has disappeared from Facebook, their FB site is down, i’ve had no reply, no refund and no Axes.
They have stolen over £180 from me.
DON’T EVER USE THIS SITE!!!

Shocking Customer Service from this company. I purchased 2 Norse Hawks with sheaths but the sheaths were not supplied. They cost £4 each so I have lost £8.
I contacted WWS by email - 4 times - and by telephone twice. No reply from them at all. They are quick to take my money but impossible to communicate with by email or telephone.
I certainly won't be buying from them again!

I Ordered an axe from this company back in May 2019. I then received an email to say they don't have it in stock.... they offered to send one at the end of the month or refund me the money. I responded once to inform them I'd like a refund (no response) and then again days later to inform them I've not received the refund (no response).

I have had to go through paypal resolution and open a case due to not recieving any contact or sign of refund. I don't think it should be this lengthy or effort consuming to get a refund for a product they could not provide.

I won't be using this company again and I'd advise you the reader to reconsider.

Placed an order, very quick to acknowledge... However, due to the type of order proof of age was required 2 days after placing the order, this was provided, then nothing, no confirmation, no contact... 5 days later I spoke to someone, turns out my various emails asking for updates were going into their junk folder, oh, this has happened before, sorry, so delayed order, part got sent out, over 1 week later, no update, still waiting for the completion of my order.... Not a happy customer.

No issues, so far. I was delighted that I was asked to provide proof of age before my order was dispatched.
