Suksham was wonderfully helpful in organising and securing a tricky last minute long distance flight for a conference. Was alway available (and out of hours too) for questions and help when needed. This is the second time I have used this company and very impressed. Thank you to Suksham.

Very good prices and amazing customer service we had an issue for adding an extra bag after the booking and all the team helped resolve the issue but a big particular thanks for Mr Rishi his kindness and professianilism was outstanding highly recommended travel agency

Rohith was very helpful when Emirates cancelled one leg of my flight to Sydney via Dubai. The airline offered me an 8 hr stopover in Dubai which was too long for an 80 yr old lady. Rohith worked hard at getting me a later flight from London so my stopover would be only 2.30 hrs. He proved to be very professional, polite and communicative in his dealings with me.

Bhivana helped with another coworker and did booking promptly. Explained the airline’s cost and fees for services and when things changed. E tickets arrived within a good time. Overall very positive experience

I was having issues with e- ticket which a bi delay but Thank God Bhavna (layla) we was very patience, kind , understanding and professional with her job and had customer relationships ,was able to help me resolve the issue and my e- was issues to me just as promised

I’ve struggled at first with one of there staff members but their supervisor pallavi took over and solved my problem later after few attempts and now they don’t respond yo emails anymore
