Liars every one of them!!

Be warned this firm are the most unreliable bunch of liars I have ever had the misfortune of using. They talk complete rubbish and be warned try to get you to pay by bank transfer! Fortunately I didn't and the wonderful people at Tesco Bank & MasterCard reclaimed my money for me although this took 6 months of worry and stress not only for me but my whole family.
Be warned these guys wear masks and laugh at your distress!! Only a fool will use them I was that fool !!

UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS AND WORST Travel Agent

If you do not want to take any headache and have any regrets, then never ever book a ticket or holiday from them. They are bunch of liars, irresponsible and unprofessional travel agents in the world! You could be regretting all your life when you book from them!! YOU ARE WARNED!
