First time user , order well packed , plants good quality.

Placed my order for 4 x 2kg tubs of fish food for our fish in our pond and some pond treatment. The website said to expect delivery to be 3-5 working days. To my pleasant shock, the delivery arrived the day after I placed the order. Excellent service.

Order dealt with simply and quickly. Delivery well packaged and on time. Paid for 5+5 and received 6+6

Sadly the courier service let down WoW. They don't have enough drivers. I received a text informing of delivery, I stayed in ALL DAY as they wouldn't leave plants otherwise, nothing arrived. This happened for the next 3 days. When delivery was finally made, the driver was lovely and apologetic, insisted I opened box and checked contents were still ok, just in case. I had only bought marginals which were still damp and easily perked up. WoW take note!

Purchased to help clear algae, small amount of blanket weed and to clear the water. None of those things happened... I monitored over several weeks, followed instructions. And to add insult to injury my Oxygenators- several types that were thriving - have turned brown and brittle?? This has happened in both ponds I treated so I do not think this is coincidence. I have just pulled out clumps of Oxygenators that have died. Definitely do not recommend this product. I wish I had gone with gut feeling and not trusted because it stated " does not harm wildlife"
