I recently purchased a new pair of secateurs from world of felco as they were on offer and cheaper than many other outlets.
I was really pleased when they arrived after only 1 day.

I have had Felco secateurs for many years and use them everyday in my profession. They are the best I have ever used. Felco's servicing is first class and extremely good value. I now have ordered a Felco folding pruning saw and am excited about it arriving and confident it will be as reliable as the secateurs. ❤️

I ordered some spare blades for my Secateurs. Using the website is straight forward and quick, as is the payment process.

I received an email confirmation that my order had been received. This was followed by a further email telling me that the items had been dispatched.

So, easy to use, competitive prices and prompt delivery. I would recommend them to others and will use them again as and when required.

On ordering with Felco I was met by male assistant who sounded pretty put off by having to answer 2 of my questions, but we got there at the end and I have made my order, delivery was prompt. I would prefer to be met by enthusiastic, polite and helpful staff. Training needed or new peoples person. Not sure if I will risk ordering with you again as would choose to avoid conversations with Mr Grumps.

I purchased a Felco 2 and some accessories and found the website easy to use and the service second to none. I rely on quick delivery as I use secateurs daily in my work. I shall certainly return to re-order when required.

A fantastic service, ordered springs Friday 11.44am received Saturday 10.30am and postage paid into the bargain, absolutely brilliant. Great to know spares are readily available. Had spent hours looking for a missing spring, now both my two very old Felco 2 secateur’s have been re-sprung.

I wanted a decent pair of secateurs and was advised by a professional user to get a Felco pair. They arrived today (I didn't order them until after 4 pm on Thursday so great service) and used them this afternoon. I always believe you pay dear if you buy cheap - these are not cheap but they are of excellent quality - actually I had sharpened my friend's Felco secateurs in the past and was impressed by the decent engineering. So far I can't fault either the product or the company - always pleased to praise when praise is due.

Delighted with my Felco no 7 secateurs. Ordered online on Tuesday and they arrived Wednesday. Pruning is one of my favourite gardening jobs so I can't wait to use these babies tomorrow on our hawthorn hedge that we planted last year. I made a very large order for my company. I had to pay them by Bacs so did a same day payment and then advised them this had been done. It took them a week to confirm they had the payment and then another two days for the stuff to be sent. I rang them every day to find out what was going on and the staff were just not that interested in finding out or investigating and no apologies were given! Eventually after getting cross with them this was sorted but that is no excuse really. I have made other payments by card with no issues and I cannot fault the product. Some further training in customer services and back office would be in order?
