Unhelpful
Unhelpful. I expected to receive piano sheet music and instead got CDs. When I contacted customer services about this they essentially told me it’s my fault and order complete. Totally unhelpful, don’t bother and use Amazon instead, much better treatment and much clearer what the products are.

Very poor service
A. I never received the book I ordered, there was something wrong with the address on the package.
B. Neither you nor Royal mail have been any use in finding/replacing the book or repaying the cost.
I would not recommend your company for anything.
