Oriental oud is nice but a good offer should be provided

There is no quality packing, No lebels, name nothing, bottle was leacking. I bought two defferent type perfumes but i couldnt understand, aNo names or lebels on bottle.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. All orders are carefully packed using protective materials, including bubble wrap, to minimise the risk of leakage during transit. However, once dispatched, handling is carried out by the courier, and on rare occasions issues can occur.
Regarding the labeling, as these are sample-sized perfume bottles, it is not always possible to print directly onto the bottles due to their size. This is standard for sample formats, but we understand that this may not have been clear and appreciate your feedback on this point.

Recently I bought Mumaiz - the true arabic smell that we used to get from the premium Dubai Perfumes, I liked it very much. It also lasts long as well in the london climate especially in cold times
