No reliable method of contact when things go wrong
While the items I ordered were reasonably priced and delivered in time, it would appear these people are impossible to contact.
The item was left by the front doo in full view of the road and no attempt was made by the delivery driver to ring the bell, He just dropped it and left. Fortunately, we caught sight of him going out of the gate, so were able to retrieve the package quickly, this avoiding any risk of it being stolen. It's a good thing we were not away!
I emailed the company at the address supplied on their app, but it was returned "because the Domain Name System (DNS) for the destination computer is not configured correctly." I double checked the address, which could not have been wrong as I clicked on it on their app. then tried again, but same response.
I then tried to leave a message on the "returns" page, so clicked on the link and it didn't work!!
I am relieved to have at least received the items, but never again will I buy anything from this company.

Scammed me
Order 20434: Scammed me. I ordered pg tips decaf and even sent them an email but I never received my order. It’s been 2 weeks. Rubbish. World scam shop more like. Replying to your reply, how can you have left it with my receptionist, I live alone in a residential area and have no receptionist. Stop lying.
