Great service ordered online and being delivered within 3 days

Disappointed purchased acoustic strip lights light strip only 10m not 15m sticky tape on strip lights didn't work on panels, had to get some clips to secure,also purchased remote for strip lights to dim, doesn't work contacted company three four times email and watts app,no reply, but when looking contacted me by watts app straight away.

Waited till the last day it said it would be delivered to be told I done click and collect
Then after spending £500 plus charged for delivery before they would send it

Ordered my composite fence and door which I received within a few days but there was some parts missing but after a couple of calls I received most of it still not received the locks for the door and been told to buy it myself or wait over month to receive it as they don't have it in stock yet I still see on their adds for the same doors and they have locks already fitted so I don't know what's going on but overall good service and the quality is very good because of not receiving the locks I have to give them 4stars but still happy with the company

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT . LOOKS REALLY GREAT AND DELIVERED REALLY QUICKLY.

Delivery date not as promised to long wait for stock and when arrived wrong colour as ordered trim ,on opening boxes one pack of panels wrong colour as packaging labelled still awaiting replacement from seller and no reply about product replacement and time not very good customer care as paid upfront.

Delivery very slow all the time change day and change time it's very sad
