Great range of products and super fast deliver (normally 2 weeks for my location)

Mick owns the business and he is available to help through the whole process. Our table lights arrived ahead of schedule and were in mint condition. Mick has made himself available to help with the installation process over the phone.

I ordered a Break Cue, a cue that I have never owned or used. I ordered a Sledgehammer Cue on 19 Mar and it was delivered to Townsville on 2 Mar. All throughout the purchasing process I was kept informed of the status of the order and all/any queries I had regarding the purchase or future purchases was answered immediately. I highly recommend this business.

I was a little hesitant buying a new cue online, after all, its all about the 'feel'. When I spoke to Mick, he was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that I decided to go ahead and buy. The cue arrived a couple of days later and it was superb! The 'feel' (smootheness, balance, weight/density) was better than anything I have tried before. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how good the tip is. If you are in the same boat as me about being hesitant, I hope my experience allays your concerns.

Very happy with cue case and delivery time, but disappointed there were none of your emblems on the case.
Someone who had bought the same item from you a few weeks earlier had emblems on the case, and we were expecting the same.
Please pass this on to delivery company - we asked for the case to be left on the front porch. There is lots of room for it to be placed unnoticed and out of the weather, but it was left in full view and where it could get wet or blown about. I did try to give them feedback several times but the page "was unavailable"

I ordered a cue of Mick to which he text me to let me know it would be a long time before that specific cue arrived. He gave me a few options and i asked him to send me some cues and weights to which he did when he said he would. Love the cue and Mick’s customer service was second to none, will definitely continue to shop with Mick and World Cue Sports.

I have enjoyed the items I have purchased. However I didn't receive on of the gloves that I purchased. After some very pleasent communicating with business owner, they promptly sent missing items. Thank you for all your help

Was over in Sydney for Xmas and purchased a new cue from Mick at World Cue Sports last Saturday - I live in Perth and didn’t expect it to arrive for a few weeks - it turned up in TWO days - remarkable!
