I had a deeply frustrating experience with WTC, a platform that initially seemed promising but ultimately led to significant disappointment due to sudden restrictions on my account, false statements by support staff, loss of time and money, and mental stress.

Despite being an active user with verified details, my account was abruptly restricted, preventing me from executing trades or withdrawing funds. This unexpected blockage caused serious financial setbacks, especially given the volatile nature of the markets.

Adding to the frustration, the support team provided inconsistent and sometimes blatantly false information. Initially, they assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but this timeline kept extending with no concrete resolution in sight. In some instances, they contradicted previous statements, leaving me feeling misled and without clear answers about my account status.

I have sent more than 30 emails now and they are ignoring me I have had to raise this with aldwychsec'urities and take legal actions.

We have been tracking these fraudsters for some time now. We have closed their chat facility on WTC and NTC.

AVOID - FCA advice in UK.

Scammers- they con you into adding more and more money, show you some trades with good profit then do something to make it go negative and you never get your money. Run.

world-trade-center.io is simply a renamed worldtradecenter.io and along with the nationaltradecenter.io is operated by the WTC Group Limited, I believe the group is spurious in its practices and clandestine in operation . Their staff utilise aliases to ensure they cannot be held responsible if they were to act contrary to regulations, the company is registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines with a shop front in Cyprus (there is no WTC staff), they operate as counter to your trading (i.e. if you win they loose), they constantly change their contact details. They continue to breach Australian Law by inducing Australians to trade with them. The Australian regulator ASIC and the Australian Federal Police have identified that the Group has been operating in Australia illegally and they have identified them as a criminal organisation.
For over 2 years I have been a victim of the groups and their affiliates harassment. After being scammed for $140K USD. The Group has threatened me and accused me of extortion because I instigated legal action against them, however due to their aliases, the failure to declare their true location and lack of regulatory oversite, no punitive action can be brought against them.
In my opinion, their practices are dubious at best and any totally legitimate business would certainly not operate in his way, for example, providing my details to a third-party and exposing me to the potential of being scammed again. These other entities have been able to provide the so called "security code" issued by the Group .
My advice is to stay well clear of this company but if you chose to deal with them check with your local regulator , they will advise you of their lack of the relevant licences to legally trade in your country and their black banning in several jurisdictions. They regularly change their contact details to ensure they are able to continue operating. Now they are complaining of defamation as I continue to bring them to task and reveal their business practices.
