Missing info on products
All went well with shipping. However, I felt there was not enough information about the product. I bought a refurbished office chair and I did not like that you can see ugly stapples where they changed the material. Because of that I feel that the price was maybe not correct, that I payed more than the chair was worth. Functionality of chair is very good almost a year later.

Better than expected
The best purchase of the year. The chair is like a new one, very comfortable. Yes, I could spend less. But after a few weeks I would be regretting my decision.

Delivery took more than 4 weeks and was only initiated after we called
Requested delivery date was not met, instead my wife had to carry tge stuff all alone to 3rd floor
Not all screws for the table could be used as the the drilling was not done properly and I had to buy shorter screws from Karwei.
Not again !!!

The chair is in good condition but not clean
The chair is in good condition. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on a new one. The only downside was that the chair was not clean. Not only did I remove the dust, but I also removed a hairball from the wheel. It was disgusting. I know it is a refurbished used chair but they should be more careful about cleaning.
