Worcestercurtainsandblinds.uk recently replaced a broken bedroom curtain track. The following morning I was horrified to find the adjoining double shower floor tiling totally ruined. Luke(Owner) had poured large amount of remains of wall drilling onto same causing the light blue tiles & white grouting to become dreadfully dyed with staining of deep brown sand including brick red particles. After trying for three days to clean, without success, I informed Luke who denied all knowledge.
Throughout this time no one else has drilled brickwork of any kind. A sample, I have retained in a jar, from the wall is quite evident! Luke refused to view and has totally ignored all communication.
Also found myself commenting at the time of payment re: type, card etc? Luke did not produce an invoice or receipt of any kind – he stated he did not carry any in his van. As I required a copy for person who broke original track & who was happy to pay – I had to provide one from my own invoice book (my business ceased trading 1990). Where is the honesty & integrity he claims?
