Slow support team

Great looking keyboard however my partner decided against it after a week, we have attempted to email the support team to process a return but no answer all week. You only have a 30 day period and it’s pushing to the end of it the more they don’t reply. I would advise them to have additional support team help as we are just keeping our fingers crossed at this point.

Update:
Don’t know if it’s because I’m from uk but processed a return and it has gotten to the address 8 days ago and I’ve emailed multiple times and still not heard anything , no support team

Thank you for your review and feedback, sorry you had a disappointing experience with our support.
Unfortunately we have to acknowledge response times have been longer than you and us would like, but we've been working on that hard with hiring aggressively to strengthen our team and adding automation to help the processing go smoother.
Regarding your specific situation, i see you were handed the return instructions 5 days after requesting a return and you were issues the refund a day after you've left your update on your review. While we agree this still needs some improvements, it's good to see your refund was processed and we'll always respond to any ticket once we get to them and count for eligibility for a return using the day you requested it, not when we were able to process it, ofcourse that is on us.

wooting is best.

I've always found the best keyboard as a gamer and recently got to use Wooting 60he. I've always used expensive and famous keyboards, but Wooting felt like it was a different level keyboard that had no comparison. Thank you Wooting for making these best keyboards and I'm waiting for the delivery after buying a new version of Wooting 80he. There is no doubt about it anymore. Also, I recently asked for feedback on the issue of the delivery period of Wooting 80he. Wu Ting answered quickly, and I think it is excellent to deal with these problems. Thank you for making a good keyboard.

I was haveing a problem with my keybaord so i asked them and they responded very fast and keep trying to fix my problem and they fix it they have great product and customer support service.

the delivery time is not worth the extra money

I ordered this keyboard for my birthday and payed for the expedited shipping and still am not expected to get this keyboard for another month while their website says 2-4 day shipping and even after reaching out to customer support i have not heard back from them for weeks

Horrible.

Extremely unprofessional, defensive, flippant and rude "customer support" - all of whom have egos more fragile than glass made in china. Shady wooting banned customers of their discord without any explanation whatsoever. None of their alleged "excuses" as to why you were banned from their discord were transparent at all - per mentioned, they banned innocent customers from their discord on a whim instead of those that actually flouted the rules of discord. Their keyboards are sub-par and abysmal - rapid trigger function is extremely inconsistent despite countless so-called "updates". It's my 1st and final wooting keyboard that I had purchased. Would never purchase it ever again. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I'm unable to locate your specific order(s) without any ordernumber or real name used, but if your keyboard isn't responding as expected, we definitely encourage to contact our technical support via https://wooting.io/support to see if we can solve the issue or get you a replacement if needed, because "subpar, abysmal and inconsistent" is not how our keyboards are generally rated. Also remember every product from us comes with a 30-day hassle-free return policy, so you're able to try it out for over 4 weeks to decide if it suits you.

Regarding discord, people are never randomly banned and we are not shady but we expect our members to behave in out channels and we are transparent as to why someone has been banned, and although you might not agree, this is to our discretion.

Hey guys I just asked suppirt for a des questions of you were wondering if the magnetic jade switches on the wooting site are compatible with the technologies that wooting offers, the magnetic jade are short et certainly more expressive but you can use rapid trigger ect Even with these switches thank you to the support for a response which was rather Quick and very kind.

Awesome people

I ordered the 80, but due to delays I decided on the 60HE+.

I didn't know it cost them money to cancel my order, but they paid it and canceled. My 60HE+ arrives today. Cant wait!
