You wouldnt believe how lame I was to pay for a lifetime subscription into a wrong email!!! I got nervous, got sad, but the Wootechy support wouldnt let me down!! The app works as expected

Purchased the iCrowbar to remove passwords from Excel files. After the purchase downloaded the software and all seems ok until you try your first file. It forces you to purchase to unlock the file. It seems like a big scam. Contacted support. No answer. Pffffff.

Update: after pointing out EU law where a consumer has the right to return the product/service without any given reason within 14 days, I received a refund. Still all very disappointing. Be careful with this company where you sign up for.

Just the best work great to unlock my ipad I recomend this application

Thanks CHLOE for your prompt, attentive customer service. I’m not a fan of auto-renew subscriptions but had missed the recent cancellation deadline by a day this year. However, Chloe responded very quickly when I contacted the company, acknowledging my own error for not checking but requesting, if possible, a refund. Although, I wasn’t offered a full refund, I was offered an acceptable goodwill gesture that has just arrived in my account only a couple of hours after I’d accepted her offer. Whilst the error was mine, I do appreciate the quality, prompt and professional customer service offered by Chloe on behalf of the company. Thanks.

Excellent Customer service from Teresa. After a long night trying to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iOS I was exhausted, so Teresa's kindness and understanding was a breath of fresh air and was reassured by how qucikly the situation was remedied.

I recently had an issue with my subscription to iMaster and needed a refund. Coco from the support team was incredibly patient and provided clear, detailed assistance throughout the process. I purchased the wrong software in error -, I bought the correct one and they refunded me the price of the one I didn't need- no fuss, no quibbles and a quick resolution 10 out of 10 :-)
