Lots of problem
I have been using woopsocial since 2018, there are alot of issues needed to address. I have had regular issues of posting on instagram we can accept that ,. But one thing I don't like about them is when they charge me twice for the yearly subscription so instead of paying $100 I paid $200, and worst of that they respond to you after 2 weeks of messaging them. It was refunded but after several months they took away my refund again. I message them and they responded very slow as usual, they said to have it receive after 30 days but its all ready 30 days and no refund happen.
There's no option to unsubscribe or cancel the billing aswell, means they will continue to charge you over and over again. The only way is to request to them to cancel it and it may be unlikely to happen because of their poor customer service.
The website is laggy and slow, I only subscribe to them because they offer auto-posting for videos, but customer support is bad, they will respond after 2 weeks perhaps some days delay.
If I were you if you dont want to have headache then I dont recommend to try using their lousy service.
