Ordred an Electrical stove on 12/10/19
Got a confirmation mail, and the payment was drawn.
Then nothing happens
Sended an e-mail, after 10 days, asking if anything happend. Got the answer that it was about to be sent.
I was asking again after 3 weeks: No answer
I was asking again after 4 weeks: No answer
After nearly 5 weeks the stove arrived!
I'm OK that the delivery time is approximately a month from Holland to Denmark. But the communication is horrible
I find it a little hard to recomend..
